DESCRIPTION:  These private parcels are located just off the Upper Preston Rd approximately 2 miles from the Preston exit off the I-90 freeway.  Preston is 5 miles east on I-90 from Issaquah.  An existing gravel road accesses Parcels A and B from the Upper Preston Road.  Description for each parcel are as follows:  Parcel A; Located about 330 feet east of the Upper Preston Rd this parcel slopes to the Southwest.  The land was partially logged and graded several years ago.  Large trees are present on the north and south ends of the parcel.  An excellent building site is located on a gentle slope with SW views of the valley and Tiger Mountain.  About half of the property lies south of the access road and within a ravine.   Parcel B; Located adjacent to and east of Parcel A, this parcel has a flat building site overlooking a ravine with a waterfall and stream.  The upper portion of the site has been logged and graded. The ravine divides the property with about 2.45 acres lying north and west of the stream.   The ravine and remainder of the property remains naturally forested with mature timber.  The portion of the site on the other side of the ravine has no practical access other than crossing the ravine.  There is a trail across the ravine with much nice buildable land on the other side. Parcel C; is mostly flat forest land which lies entirely across the ravine.  Parcels B & C could be reshaped through a lot line adjustment to fit buyer’s needs.

UTILITIES:  Power, phone and cable TV are available on Upper Preston Road.  Water is by private well for each parcel which would be installed by Buyer.  There are many wells in the area.
