ATTENTION LAND BUYERS AND RESIDENTIAL AGENTS!!!
Confused about regulations and all the problems that can
prevent building a dream home? You
should be! It’s an absolute quagmire
out there and getting worse every day.
Did you know wetland buffers now can be up to 300 feet and any tiny
little creek with fish can require a buffer of 165 feet. Don’t let things like site distance
blindside you along with many many more issues. For a very small investment, I can help you get a good feel of
identifying potential problems you might have to deal with and how to solve
them or move on. For Buyers, I also
throw in more good information about real estate sales data and listing
history. It all helps to make an
informed decision about buying land. I
cooperate with MLS agents and respect buyer/agent loyalties.
