around two small alpine lakes and with stunning views of mountains and ski
areas. Buffers and open space have been carefully established so that the
beautiful lakes and streams on site are truly amenities to be viewed and

feet in elevation with snow generally from late November into May. Warming trends in recent years make year

COVENANTS: There

association for the maintenance of roads, storm water utilities, open spaces
and wetland mitigation sites. A
