      The site varies approx 75-90 feet in elevation difference with a wishbone shaped pair of gentle ridges around two small alpine lakes and with stunning views of mountains and ski areas.   Buffers and open space have been carefully established so that the beautiful lakes and streams on site are truly amenities to be viewed and enjoyed.  The property is approx 2,900 feet in elevation with snow generally from late November into May.  Warming trends in recent years make year around living at the pass attractive to many residents. 

 

UTILITIES:  Power, phone, water and sewer are available on Yellowstone Road adjacent to the property.  Public water and sewer is provided by the Snoqualmie Pass Utility District. 

 

ZONING: The site received final zoning approval from Kittitas Co. for the Summit Park Planned Unit Development on May 17, 2005.  This PUD approval is vested indefinitely.

 

COVENANTS:  There are numerous covenants on the property required by the PUD approval.  These mainly consist of forming a homeowners association for the maintenance of roads, storm water utilities, open spaces and wetland mitigation sites.  A complete list of covenants and restrictions is included on the approved PUD plans.
